At HADES, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We aim to make your transition from order to final fit as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
